Community Guest Practice Player Request Form

From time to time Whitehorse Minor Hockey receives requests for players from out of town to attend practices in their designated division in Whitehorse. Players who are registered with their home association may apply to attend a practice in Whitehorse by filing this form.

ie) if you live in Dawson City and wish to attend a practice in Whitehorse, you MUST be registered with Dawson City Minor Hockey prior to considering this request.

FOR HOUSE LEAGUE PLAYERS ONLY -This form is to be completed at least one week in advance of a player requesting to attend a practice in Whitehorse. Once filed you will hear back from the division manager as to what dates, times and teams will work for each specific visit. There will be a $20 fee to cover admin and ice costs per visit. Once form has been submitted, you will receive a payment link. 

FOR MUSTANGS AND YUKON FEMALE HOCKEY CLUB ATHLETES- you will have already organized your attendance and paid your fees thru Whitehorse Minor Hockey Office and the team coaches/managers should be informed on your schedule. Please ensure you are communicating when you're available to attend etc.

The above opportunity is currently available for practice skates only HOWEVER those wishing to attend games in U13, U15 and U18 divisions please email stacey@whitehorseminorhockey.ca and we will try and work something out.
